You would think that I would have it figured out by now - filling my stomach with food or drink too quickly makes me feel extremely sick. I knew this about food, but I just learned today that it works for liquid too. I drank a ton of cranberry juice over lunch, partially because I think I might be coming down with a UTI, and partially because it's delicious. Now, 2 hours later, my poor tummy is causing me great pain, and I can't eat anything because the smell of all foods is making me nauseous. I guess it's officially time to stop bragging that "I just haven't felt that sick yet!" because it is totally untrue. Bleh.
